Having grown up on one of the barrier keys in Sarasota since 1974, Elizabeth uniquely combines an intimate familiarity of the local community with educational and professional training on a national level. As a Broker Owner with over Half a Billion dollars in residential and commercial real estate listings and sales since 2002, her focus is exclusively on achieving her client’s real estate objectives. Elizabeth’s efforts have included marketing all types of properties on the keys and in the various historic neighborhoods in, and around the downtown area as well as newer planned unit developments and “golf-centric” communities.
Additionally, Elizabeth’s expertise includes identifying, negotiating, and performing due diligence on large scale waterfront and/or downtown multifamily sites for acquisition and development as well as launching & managing sales efforts for new construction projects including a Multi-Million dollar beachfront project on Longboat Key. She has also managed many creatively financed transactions, 1031 exchanges, bank owned properties, and short sales. She is formally trained & certified in REO/Bank Owned Asset management & sales.

Elizabeth attained a B.A. in History from Yale University and graduated summa cum laude from Sarasota’s gifted program, Pine View. As a Real Estate Broker Owner of Sarasota Brokerage LLC with extensive post-licensing investment accreditation, she is uniquely qualified and pleased to afford her clients the flexibility desired to meet their individual real estate objectives.
